What is Nobel Week Lights?
Nobel Week Lights is an annual light festival lighting up the city during the darkest time of the year. The festival is presented by the Nobel Prize Museum and invites both international and local artists, designers, and students to create large-scale public light artworks. The light installations interpret scientific discoveries, literature and peace work awarded the Nobel Prize.
What are the opening hours?
All artworks are lit between 16:00–22:00.
Where does the festival take place? Where can I find the artworks?
Nobel Week Light takes place outdoors in public spaces in Stockholm, during December each year.
Is there an admission fee?
No, attending Nobel Week Lights is completely free!
