Welcome to an evening concert with one of Sweden’s foremost jazz vocalists, Isabella Lundgren. With her expressive voice and powerful stage presence, she has touched and inspired audiences around the world.

This evening, she interprets the work of Bob Dylan – Nobel Prize laureate in literature and one of Lundgren’s greatest sources of inspiration. Drawing from the acclaimed album Out of the Bell Jar, she breathes new life into Dylan’s lyrics, highlighting the literary depth of his work with great respect.

In addition to her Dylan interpretations, the concert also features other selections from her wide-ranging repertoire.

Isabella Lundgren

Isabella Lundgren is one of Sweden’s foremost jazz vocalists. She has been nominated for a Swedish Grammy and has received numerous awards and scholarships.

In 2019, Lundgren released the critically acclaimed album Out of the Bell Jar – a tribute to her inspiration and guiding light in song lyrics: Nobel Prize laureate Bob Dylan.

“The first of his records I bought was The Times They Are A-Changin’, and I bought it for the simple reason that the first man I loved, loved Dylan.
To my great surprise, when I sat down in front of the record player and pressed play that first time, the man I loved was the last thing on my mind.
I was enchanted, overwhelmed, and completely absorbed by the music I heard,” Lundgren says.
