Under the theme “The Future of You”, the programme is divided into three parts: HealthWork, and Play. Each session encourages participants to reflect on how digital technology is shaping our personal and professional lives – not only by changing the systems we operate within, but also by influencing how we understand ourselves and our roles in society.

The Future of Health examines how digital technology interacts with the human body and healthcare environments – from wearable and implantable devices to AI-assisted diagnoses and evolving data-sharing regulations. This part of the programme brings together researchers, startups, regulators, and healthcare providers to discuss emerging opportunities as well as ethical, technical, and institutional challenges.

The Future of Work focuses on leadership, collaboration, and organisational dynamics across diverse work settings. Drawing on current research and practice, it explores how global enterprises, co-working trends, and human-machine interaction are shaping new models of work – and what it takes to lead effectively in such environments.

The Future of Play highlights gaming and e-sports as cultural and economic forces, particularly in a Nordic context. By linking digital play to learning, skills development, and new business models, the session explores the increasingly fluid boundaries between work, play, and education. With expert commentary and interactive elements, participants are invited to engage with the themes both intellectually and experientially.

Together, the three parts form a programme that is both analytical and participatory, encouraging critical dialogue and diverse perspectives on the evolving relationship between humans and technology.
