Nobel Calling Stockholm

Nobel Calling Stockholm is eight days filled with activities across the city in connection with the announcements of the Nobel Prizes. There will be guided tours, competitions, opportunities to visit world‑famous laboratories, and much more.

About Nobel Calling Stockholm

In early October every year, a few researchers, writers, and peace advocates receive a phone call from Stockholm or Oslo that changes their lives. When they end the call they have become Nobel Prize laureates, and their contributions to humanity will be celebrated around the world.

During this week, the eyes of the world turn to Stockholm. Each day, the laureates in the six Nobel Prize categories are announced, and in connection with these announcements, we fill the Nobel Prize Museum and the city with activities, programs, and experiences that inspire, engage, and spread knowledge.
