Breakfast meeting or dinner with a touch of Nobel

Please note that Bistro Nobel is closed during the spring and summer due to renovation after a previous water leak.

If you’re looking for a venue with that extra something for a meeting or event, the Nobel Prize Museum is the right place. We can help you with everything from small meetings for 25 people to dinners or large receptions. Enhance the experience with a guided tour, workshop, or a lecture related to the Nobel Prize and its laureates.

The Nobel Prize Museum is located in the Stock Exchange Building at Stortorget, right in the heart of the Old Town – a historic site where old meets new. The museum combines history and modernity, offering an open and spacious floor plan with high ceilings.

The museum is available for event bookings outside regular opening hours and can accommodate up to 100 seated or 375 standing guests.

Food and drinks are provided by Bistro Nobel, our in-house restaurant. Menu suggestions are listed further down the page. There you’ll also find detailed booking information in PDF format for download/printing, answering most common questions from our clients.

Food

Bistro Nobel offers everything from breakfast to dinner, from mingling buffets to dinner menus with a Nobel touch. You’ll find our menus further down this page, and we’re always happy to discuss your preferences

Our bistro serves carefully prepared three-course meals and canapés, and we’re happy to suggest a setup that suits your event – whether it’s a mingling plate, buffet, or finger food. We cook with locally sourced ingredients and work sustainably from procurement to preparation, with a strong focus on reducing food waste.

To make your booking as smooth as possible, we recommend getting in touch well in advance. We can tailor the menus to suit your needs and preferences, including any allergies or dietary requirements.

We look forward to being part of your event. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or to book a meeting where we can explore your ideas in more detail. Welcome to Bistro Nobel!
