Welcome to a full evening in two acts as we celebrate this year’s Nobel Prizes in the natural sciences!
In the first act, members of the Nobel Committees responsible for selecting the laureates take the stage. We challenge representatives from the Physics, Chemistry, and Medicine Committees to explain why this year’s discoveries are so important that they deserve the world’s most prestigious award. Moderation and follow-up questions to ensure clarity will be handled by Carin Klaesson and Gustav Källstrand from the Nobel Prize Museum.
After the break, the lovable and slightly hapless patriarch Tord takes over the stage with his very own Nobel quiz. Tord has appeared in Björn Carlberg’s shows Dockhumor and Peptalk, and is a regular voice on Swedish Radio.
