Kroft & Smids are inspired by a range of Nobel Prize laureates and bring together a series of quotes in a walk through the city, creating a new way to explore their meaning. They try to find a way to make what they do part of a bigger picture and to let the individual projections work together in a way that makes them grander together.
The projections can be experienced following the route, or just by stumbling upon them.

Kroft & Smids is a Dutch artist duo consisting of Karina Kroft, theater director, and Remko Smids, technical designer.
They project quotes, images, shorts and animations on buildings, trees, embankments, and bridges, transforming them into places where stories are told.
