During spring and summer 2025, restoration work is underway due to a previous water damage, causing Bistro Nobel to be currently closed. We plan to reopen in August 2025.
Enjoy both food and atmosphere at Bistro Nobel. We serve well-prepared lunches every weekday to both regulars and visitors from afar. Try the exclusive Nobel ice cream, or start your weekend with us on Friday evenings.
If you lift your chair, you’ll find a surprise. The chairs are our guestbook, signed by Nobel Prize laureates. Welcome in and have a seat!

Once Bistro Nobel reopens, it will follow the same opening hours as the rest of the museum.
