A small soup, bread and butter and coffee is always included in the price.

The lunch is also available as take-away, ask our staff in the bistro.

Menu week 23

Vitello tonnato with Swedish boquerones: cold-sliced veal brisket served with boquerones relish, rocket, capers, lemon, and pommes allumettes.

Mushroom risotto with mâche lettuce, Parmesan, and Jerusalem artichoke crisps.

Fish skewers with root vegetable salad, chive yogurt, and herb croutons.

Menu week 24

Crisp-fried Swedish pork chop with romesco sauce and roasted potatoes.

Fish ragout with creamy lemon sauce, pickled cucumber, and thinly sliced root vegetables.

Feta cheese salad with pomelo, herb dressing, olives, and couscous.
