Join our special guided tours during Nobel Calling Stockholm!
Every year in October – since 1901 – a small number of scientists, writers and peace advocates around the world receive a magical phone call. They are told that their discoveries and efforts have been awarded one of that year’s Nobel Prizes.
Before that call is made, an extensive and thorough process takes place within the prize-awarding institutions that decide who will receive the prize. Which institutions are they? How do they work? And what does it sound like when a half-asleep laureate answers the phone in the middle of the night?
Tour times
The guided tour is 30 minutes long and included in the museum admission ticket. There are 25 places available per tour. Please sign up at the museum entrance in good time if you would like to join.
