Information for group visits
Maximum number of people in a group: 30
Group visits with adults do not require advance booking. However, school groups and children’s groups must book their visits in advance.
Group visits for children and schools
Possible times for a visit are 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00 daily. To book a school visit or a visit for a children’s group, please contact the booking office.
Group visits for adults
Before the visit, the group’s designated guide or leader must check the museum’s opening hours and any exceptions to them.
Please note that the museum’s public guided tours for regular visitors start at a quarter past each full hour. Kindly begin your visit either fifteen minutes before or after these times.
The guide should leave a paper voucher at the entrance desk.
We only accept vouchers with the following information:
- the name of the Nobel Prize Museum
- date of the visit
- company name
- company billing address
- company email address to which the invoice should be sent
- company registration/VAT number
- number of visitors, broken down by adults, students, seniors, and children
- voucher reference/group number
- the guide’s name in capital letters
- on arrival, the guide/tour leader must verify the details and sign the voucher
