This session is part of the Stockholm Trio Postdoc Symposium 2026, organised by postdoctoral researchers from Karolinska Institutet, KTH and Stockholm University, with support from KI’s Committee for Research.

The event is open to the public and aims to make contemporary research more accessible through direct interaction with early-career researchers across medicine, life sciences, engineering, AI and biotechnology. “Meet the Scientists” features short, engaging talks where postdocs present their ongoing research and explain how scientific discoveries can contribute to future advances in health, technology and society.

The programme is designed for a broad audience, with a focus on curiosity, accessibility and dialogue. It also includes a small exhibition on selected Nobel Prize-winning discoveries and how they continue to influence modern research, as well as opportunities for informal discussions and questions.
