Bistro Nobel is open during the museum’s opening hours.
Please note that Bistro Nobel is a cash‑free restaurant.
Last orders are taken half an hour before the museum closes.

Weekday lunch
Take your colleague or a friend out for lunch! On weekdays, there are always three different lunch dishes to choose from. Our food is prepared according to the season and with a focus on sustainability.
A small soup, bread and butter, and coffee after your meal are always included.
In a hurry? The lunch is also available as take-away, ask our staff in the bistro.

Swedish fika in the bistro
In the museum bistro, you’ll always find a selection of pastries. Sit down with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a perfectly frothed cappuccino. Don’t miss the dessert from the Nobel Prize banquet: the Nobel ice cream.

The Nobel ice cream
Try the festive dessert from the Nobel Banquet and feel like a Nobel Prize laureate! For many years, ice cream with spun sugar was served as the banquet dessert.
This version consists of vanilla ice cream topped with blackcurrant sorbet, served with raspberry sauce, our traditional chocolate medal, and spun sugar.
For the bistro’s smallest guests
There are always pancakes with raspberries and whipped cream on the menu for hungry children.
